This will give you (the Seller) an idea of what has sold, what similar properties are currently available and how long they've been on the market. We use this information to give the Seller a clear understanding of the property’s current value. From there, we’ll share details on how we would market your home to sell it as quickly as possible and at the price point you expect. Upon the sale of your property, HLE will continue to work closely with the Seller & Closing Coordinator. Even though the Buyer is responsible for the Closing Costs, the Seller is responsible for Capital Gains (if applicable) and any broker commissions for the sale of the property.
